General conference information

What are the conference dates?
September 9 – 11, 2019. Though the conference ends on the evening of September 11, your hotel check-out should be September 12.

What is included in the conference fee?
The conference fee includes all sessions, meals, networking events and hotel room & tax for one room, checking in on Monday, September 9 and checking out on Thursday, September 12.

Registration Guidelines
All registrations are subject to approval and Ingram Micro, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any registration for any reason. Registration cancellations made by Ingram Micro will have their event conference fee refunded. No refunds will be made for travel, room, or any other direct or indirect expenses.

Registration Deadline
Please register by Wednesday, August 14.

What is the registration cancellation and no-show policy?
• Cancellations received up until 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, August 14 will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations received after 12:00 AM EST on Thursday, August 15 or no showing for the event will result in a forfeiture of the full registration fee.
• Any applicable hotel cancellation charges will be billed by the hotel directly to the credit card you provide during the registration process. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email to  ONE LATAM Registration Headquarters.

Will there be a mobile app?
Yes! The mobile app will be released about a week before the event starts. You will receive an email when it is available to download.

How do I register for sessions?
You will have the ability to add sessions to your agenda via the event app to manage your schedule. Seating is not reserved. All sessions will be on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the weather like in Orlando in September?
In most years, Orlando averages a daily maximum temperature for September that's between 60°F and 66°F (15 to 18°C). The minimum temperature usually falls between 45°F and 55°F (7 to 12°C).

What if I have dietary restrictions?
You will have an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. Once you are onsite at the event, please inform your server of your dietary restriction as they will be prepared to accommodate.

Attendee Information

When should I plan on arriving and departing?
We recommend attendees to arrive Monday, September 9. The main departure date will be Thursday, September 12. If you are attending meetings outside of the regular conference dates, please adjust your travel accordingly.

Are guests allowed to attend?
An attendee may bring one non-business guest for a $300 USD guest-registration fee. You’ll be able to register your guest during your online registration process. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Guests will share your hotel room and are invited to attend the Welcome Reception and Final Night Out. Guests will receive a separate badge and may not attend the General Sessions or Breakout Sessions.

What is the cost to attend?
Register by Wednesday, August 14. The conference fees are:
  • Early Bird Conference Rate (July 9 - July 16): $1260 USD
• Regular Conference Rate (July 17 – August 14): $1820 USD
• Late Registration Conference Rate (August 15 – September 11): $2400 USD

Does Ingram Micro cover the cost of my hotel room?
Your registration fee includes one hotel room per registrant. Ingram Micro will host reservations checking in on Monday, September 9 and checking out on Thursday, September 12. You'll be responsible for any incidentals. Please note that special requests are based on hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed. 
Additional nights must be confirmed by the hotel and are based on availability. The rate of $242.74 USD, which is composed of the $212 USD room rate (includes resort fee) and 14.5 % tax per room per night, will be requested on your behalf. All costs associated with your pre or post-extension nights will be at your personal expense. Once the hotel confirms your additional nights, you’ll receive an updated registration confirmation via email from ONE LATAM Registration Headquarters. 
NOTE: In order to guarantee your hotel request, you will be required to enter valid credit card information during your online registration process. The card will not be charged until checkout but may be used for no-show or hotel cancellation penalties.

How do I register for sessions?

What is the room rate for the ONE LATAM room block?
The ONE LATAM room rate $242.74 USD, which is composed of the $212 USD room rate (includes resort fee) and 14.5 % tax per room per night. .

How do I book my room?
Room reservations should be made via your online registration for ONE LATAM. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

What does the resort fee include?
Room rates are inclusive of the daily resort fee which includes the following:
• Wireless high-speed guest room internet access for up to 6 devices
• Two bottled waters replenished daily in guestroom
• 24-hour access to Fitness Center and private training sessions (by appointment only)
• Scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World Theme Parks & Disney Springs
• Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance telephone calls
• $10 credit towards dry cleaning
• One bucket of range balls at nearby Celebration Golf Club

Can I extend my stay or request an additional room?
These requests can be made during the online registration process. You’ll be responsible for rate of $242.74 USD, which is composed of the $212 USD room rate (includes resort fee) and 14.5% tax per room per night. Please note that requests are based on hotel availability. Once the hotel confirms your additional nights, you’ll receive an updated registration confirmation via email from  ONE LATAM Registration Headquarters.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
All guests must cancel their room at Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a penalty of 1st night room and tax. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email to ONE LATAM Registration Headquarters.

When is the room reservation block cutoff date?
The ONE LATAM room cutoff date is Wednesday, August 14. Ingram Micro cannot guarantee any rooms past this date. All rooms within the room block are first come, first serve and are subject to availability.

Does Ingram Micro cover the cost of my travel to ONE LATAM?
Air travel will be arranged country-by-country. If you are traveling from outside of the U.S. and require a visa, please contact your local government agency to ensure you have the necessary documents. Please contact your country leader for additional information. 

  Please note that the preferred arrival airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel for ONE LATAM, unless otherwise indicated.

Does the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center have a shuttle or transportation services?
The Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center offers Airport transportation. Transportation can be arranged through Mears Transportation. Mears offers a one-way ($24 per 1 adult) or round-trip transportation ($38 per 1 adult) that can be booked through their website https://www.mearstransportation.com or by phone 1-407-586-2236. Reservation required. The hotel is approximately 19 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Is there a fee to park?
Ingram Micro has secured a 50% off discount for self and valet parking for this event, see pricing below. On-site self-parking fee: $12.90 USD daily includes tax
Valet parking fee: $18.81 USD daily includes tax.
Attendees are responsible for parking fees. Parking will not be validated.
Overnight parking fees include in/out privileges.

What time is check in and checkout?

The normal check in time is 4:00 PM. If you arrive before 4:00 PM, you are welcome to check with the front desk. If they have rooms prepared they may be able to check you in early. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants and shops until your room is ready. 

The checkout time is 11:00 AM. You can speak with the front desk regarding a late checkout. Availability is based upon occupancy. If a late checkout cannot be arranged you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants and shopping areas until your departure time.
